1. What this site collects
The Vibe Coding Bible site does not require an account, does not run a tracking pixel, and does not run third-party ad networks. The hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, URL) for the purposes of delivering the site, preventing abuse, and aggregate analytics. These logs are not used to profile individuals.
2. Fonts
We load fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a Google-hosted font may share your IP address and user agent with Google as part of the request. We do not pass any other personal data and we do not use Google Analytics or advertising scripts on this site.
3. Purchases
Purchases of the Vibe Coding Bible happen on the Summon The JSON checkout. When you check out, you provide your email and payment details to the seller. We do not see your payment details. Tom may, however, see your email address as part of his author account on the seller's platform - and may use it to deliver lifetime updates, address refund requests, or send important notices about the book.
4. Optional newsletter
If you subscribe to Tom's newsletter via tomasz-smykowski.com or related forms, your email is stored with our email service provider (Kit) and used to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
5. Email correspondence
If you email Tom via the contact page, your email and the contents of your message are stored in his mailbox and used only to respond to you. They are not sold, shared, or used for marketing.
6. Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third parties (such as font CDNs or the checkout site you link to from here) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have a right to access, correct, or delete personal data that we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email Tom via the contact page and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the site.
