How the guarantee works
If you've read the book and feel it didn't help you ship faster or smarter with AI, reply to your receipt from the checkout (or email the address on the contact page). You don't owe Tom a dissertation - a short note is enough.
- You email within 30 days of your purchase.
- You tell Tom what didn't work or what you expected and didn't find.
- Tom either makes it right (often with a tailored chapter recommendation, a custom prompt, or a free related resource) or refunds the purchase price.
What counts as "making it right"
Sometimes the book had the answer in a chapter you didn't reach yet, or a slightly different prompt would have unlocked the result you wanted. In those cases Tom would rather help you get the result than just refund and disappear. If you still prefer a refund after that conversation, you get one - no hard feelings, no pressure.
How a refund is issued
Refunds are issued through the same checkout you used - Summon The JSON's payment processor. The original purchase amount is returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days.
Edge cases
- You bought through a third-party reseller. Refund requests should go to the reseller you paid. Tom can help coordinate, but the refund is processed by the seller.
- Your download is broken. Email Tom - that's not a refund, that's a fix-it-for-free situation. You'll get a fresh download link the same day.
- You bought a team pack. Refunds for team packs are handled per-seat and require a short note from the team lead who arranged the purchase.
Fraud & abuse
The guarantee is offered in good faith. Repeated purchase- and-refund patterns, charge-back fraud, or attempts to redistribute the book after a refund will void the guarantee and may be reported to the payment processor.
