1. Who we are

"Vibe Coding Bible" refers to the website at vibecodingbible.org and the e-book of the same name, authored by Tom Smykowski ("the author"). Purchases happen on Summon The JSON and are subject to the seller's own terms in addition to these.

2. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the site to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Send automated traffic that interferes with normal operation, including aggressive scraping.
• Use the site to distribute malware, phishing, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent the origin or authorship of the Vibe Coding Bible.

3. License of the e-book

When you buy the Vibe Coding Bible, you receive a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the PDF and EPUB files for personal use. You may print a personal copy for your own offline reading. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files in whole or in part.
• Upload the files to public or shared repositories, file-sharing networks, or AI training datasets.
• Strip authorship, copyright notices, or watermarks from the files.

For team and company-wide use, please request a team pack via the contact page. Tom is happy to accommodate teams at a fair per-seat price.

4. Intellectual property

The Vibe Coding Bible text, prompts, illustrations, cover art, and accompanying materials are the intellectual property of Tom Smykowski. The "Vibe Coding Bible" name and design are used as branding for this specific book and its companion site. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Updates & lifetime access

"Lifetime updates" means that as long as the Vibe Coding Bible continues to be sold and the author distributes new editions or updates, existing purchasers will receive them at no additional cost. The author does not commit to a specific update cadence and reserves the right to discontinue the product at any time, in which case existing files remain yours to use under the license above.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services, including but not limited to Summon The JSON, tomasz-smykowski.com, and the font and analytics providers listed on the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. When you make a purchase, you are entering into an additional agreement with the seller of the e-book.

7. Disclaimers

The Vibe Coding Bible is an educational resource. Code, prompts, and workflows are provided "as is" without warranty. The author makes no guarantee that following the book will produce any specific result for your business, project, or career. Always review AI-generated output before deploying it to production. The author is not liable for damages, losses, or costs that arise from following or attempting to follow the book's recommendations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author's total liability arising from or related to your use of the website and the e-book is limited to the amount you paid for the e-book.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
